SEATTLE, WA — December 3, 2007 — Daptiv (www.daptiv.com), the on-demand leader in collaborative business software, today announced plans for its annual user conference, YouCon08, January 21-24 at San Diego’s Paradise Point Resort. YouCon08 will be the largest Daptiv user event to date—and the first to be held away from its Seattle headquarters—uniting more than 300 Daptiv customers across a broad range of industry verticals with Daptiv executives, developers and representatives. Conference themes include exploring the impact of mass collaboration on knowledge and work, how companies are creating dynamic “do-it-yourself” applications on the Daptiv platform, and the integration of Daptiv’s on-demand technology with traditional on-premise software. The event will also feature workshops, panels, customer stories and a look at what is coming next from Daptiv.

Anthony D. Williams, vice president and executive editor at the business research and consulting firm New Paradigm, and co-author of "Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything," will provide the keynote address for the event. An expert on how knowledge is shaped by mass collaboration, Williams will discuss the vital link between technology and business and the influence of Web 3.0 on the workplace.

In addition to discussing Daptiv's Fall Edition release and the rebirth of eProject as Daptiv, YouCon08 will provide customers with the opportunity to weigh in on the recent enhancements to the Daptiv platform, including the integration of Work Intelligence capabilities that give staff at every level visibility into business operations and key performance data. By soliciting and incorporating customer feedback, Daptiv continually improves its technology to provide users an on-demand competitive advantage.
